I am James A. Allen III, Founder and REALTOR® of King Legacy Associates, LLC., at Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners, proudly serving clients throughout Georgia with integrity, discipline, and purpose.

I am a retired United States Army veteran with 15 years of service, including three overseas deployments—two to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. My military career encompassed roles in Combat Arms and Career Counseling, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategic decision-making, and advising individuals through complex, high-stakes transitions. These experiences continue to shape the way I serve and advocate for my clients today.

In addition to my military service, I bring 10 years of property management experience, with professional exposure spanning leasing operations, assistant property management, and day-to-day administrative oversight. This background provides me with a comprehensive understanding of real estate that extends beyond transactions to include operations, accountability, and long-term planning.
